COMMISSION INFO

General info:

— Elements that add complexity will raise the price (e.g. weapons or other props, magical effects, complicated jewelry or armor, etc)
— Backgrounds are determined on a case-by-case basis.
— Commercial license fees vary based on usage and scope.
— Commissions are generally completed within 2-4 weeks; if I’m unusually busy or for very large pieces, it may be longer. If you have a deadline, please let me know up front!

Payment:

— To be made up front via Paypal invoice. Partial payments (e.g. half down, half on completion) are available for commissions of $150+.
— Venmo is also accepted.

What I need:

Please provide a written description and/or visual reference of the following:
— Character appearance:
facial features, eye color, hairstyle and color
skin tone, body type, height (if relevant)
clothing, any accessories you’d like included
— Other:
props/objects and background, if any
facial expression, pose
mood/color scheme/lighting
any other relevant information!— Feel free to leave some of these up to me (such as pose, lighting, color scheme).
— Detailed descriptions are welcome; bullet points as opposed to long sentences are appreciated, as they make keeping track of all the details easier.

Additional info and terms ⤵️

— ✔️: human and humanoid characters, real people, pets/animals, robots, anthro/furry etc.
— I can do short, simple animations (priced on a case-by-case basis.)
— ❌: nudity, sexual content, or extreme violence. If you’re uncertain whether I’ll accept a request, feel free to inquire!

Process:

For full render commissions, I typically provide updates at the following stages:
— Rough sketch - this should get across the general pose and composition; anything can be changed at this point, and if needed the sketch can be completely redone one time. Any major edits past this stage will cost extra.
— Lineart - the finished linework; not every single detail will be included yet, as this is just the base for the final render - but feel free to clarify if you’re unsure. I can make a number of small edits at this stage free of charge (e.g. adjusting facial features, clothing details).
— Base colors - this is where I’ll check in before the final render to ensure everything’s matching up with what you have in mind! If needed, any color correction should be made at this stage.
— Final - the finished illustration. I can make small adjustments to this, but anything major will cost extra.— Two rounds of minor revision are included for each stage (as needed); any more will cost extra. If I forget or get wrong any details specified in the original request, adjusting those will be free of charge.

General terms:
— What will be delivered: digital PNG file via email, 300 DPI
— You're welcome to share the finished illustration online with credit (my name and a clickable link to one of my socials).
— Unless otherwise stated, only non-commercial use of the illustration is permitted. Feel free to print it out for personal use or use it as an icon!
— I retain the copyright to the illustration as the artist; please include attribution whenever you repost said illustration.
— You may not use my work or any part of it for any AI or blockchain-based technology, including but not limited to generative AI and NFTs.
— You may not alter or remove my signature.
— You may not use or distribute any sketches/work in progress shots I send you without permission.
— A partial refund can be discussed and made if I have not completed the commission.
— If the commissioned piece is fanart of an existing media, I may resell the artwork in the form of prints or merchandise; otherwise, I will not use the finished illustration to sell merchandise without your permission.
— The commissioned piece may be used for self promotion and portfolio purposes. If you do not want the piece shared publicly, please let me know!
